30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every MedBuddy® product. If you're not completely satisfied, return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing: Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund
  • After Shipping: Follow our return process once you receive the item
  • Bulk Orders: Healthcare providers have 48 hours to cancel large orders

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@medbuddy.com within 30 days
  2. Receive your prepaid return shipping label
  3. Package items in original condition (unused, with all packaging)
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Receive refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Return within 30 days of delivery
  • Original receipt or order number required

Need a different MedBuddy® character or size? We're happy to exchange unused items. Contact us to arrange an exchange - we'll cover return shipping and send your new item right away.
